D & S Vacuum Truck Services does more than just vacuum truck services – we are the largest portable toilet fleet in the provinces with over 280 units (including handicap stalls) appropriate for weddings, concerts, other special events and even for longer rental periods on construction sites. Two of the trucks in our fleet are specifically designed to safely deliver our portable toilets to your event site, and our staff is well-trained to efficiently set up and break down the area. While not mandatory in Newfoundland, we choose to use special chemicals in our toilet units to maintain the cleanliness of your event or project.
Are you thinking about renting portable toilets for your next outdoor event? Get more information about the delivery and rental process and see the answers to the most common questions below. Please feel free to give us a call if you have any additional questions.
Take a look at our suggestion for rentals based on the number of people in attendance at your event.
Yes, the toilet will be ready to use upon delivery. Toiletries, sanitizer, and deodorant are supplied and units with sinks have soap, towels and water.
No, all of our units are self-contained. If you rent our wedding trailer, it can be self-contained or you can use your own water source, the choice is yours.
Toilets rented on a monthly basis will be cleaned, pumped and restocked once a week. If you sign a monthly contract, the delivery and weekly service and cleaning will be included in your rental price. Toilets rented for a day, week or weekend will not be serviced unless requested and an extra service charge will be applied.
In most cases, it is best to book within 24 hours of the event. For weddings, toilets should be booked 6 to 12 months before the wedding date. For other large events, we suggest booking at least 4 to 6 months in advance.
